𝗡𝗢, he is not automatically disqualified from the elections. A candidate will only be considered as disqualified if declared by a competent court as “guilty” with finality.
In this case, the ICC is not a competent court because at the time the ICC case against him was filed, the Philippines had already withdrawn from the Rome Statute.
(DILI, dili sya ma disqualify sa eleksyon. Ang usa ka kandidato madisqualify lang kung naay final na desisyon sa gikan sa competent na korte nga napamatud-an na siya “guilty" with finality. Sa kaso ni PRRD, dili angay ang ICC nga mohukom kay pag-file sa kaso, naka-withdraw na ang Pilipinas sa Rome Statute.)
