Please be informed that INTERNET SERVICE is not a METERED SERVICE like ELECTRICITY or WATER. It works on the principle of CONTINUOUS BILLING. It is not on a "PAY PER USE"system. It is a PREPAID SERVICE wherein you pay for the SERVICES in advance. Even if your line is cut for not paying the monthly subscritpion, billing is still continuous, similar to that of TELEPHONE, POSTPAID CELLULAR or CABLE TV, same applies for any TELCO or ISP.
That's why we already subject your ACCOUNT for PULL-OUT on 2nd month of non-payment to prevent payables from accumulating.
Further, PAYMENTS made in ADVANCE, ON-TIME, LATE or OVERDUE will not chaange your DUE DATE.

Please be informed that CABLE TV Signal are not Terrestial Signal sourced from land-based Transmitter Antenna but is sourced out from HIGH ALTITUDE SATELLITES. Under extreme weather conditions, with the thickest of cloud formation, no amount of signal from sattellite feed can pe*****te and reach land, thus we do not have TV PROGRAM
RECEPTION.

On 26 May SUNDAY, TYPHOON AGHON struck with QUEZON being the HARDEST HIT province, our AirFIBER CAVITE TECHNICAL TEAM was immediately deployed to QUEZON to address MAIN LINE FIBER CUTS and over 60 CLIENTS' cables relayed, with only 1.5 day DOWNTIME (not withstanding ELECTRICITY downtime) ahead of other MAJOR TELCOs. This is what AirFIBER makes us a cut above the rest... we have a RAPID RESPONSE TEAM!!!

Ocular inspection at 4:00PM 26 MAY revealed a number of FIBER CUT, along the MAIN ROAD from fallen TREES and several POSTS, servicing both our MAIN SOURCE and REDUNDANT BACKUP SOURCE.

Our CAVITE TECHNICAL TEAM are already on STANDBY and are ready for deployment as soon as good weather is met.
