The BSMATH Society joined the nation in commemorating National Heroes Day this August 31, 2026, a day dedicated to honoring the courage, sacrifices, and contributions of the heroes who fought for our freedom and sovereignty.

Their stories may belong to the past, but the ideals they stood for continue to live on. The freedom we have today carries with it the sacrifices of those who came before us, reminding us of the responsibility we have to value and uphold what they fought for.

Let us continue to remember them, not only through their names and stories, but also through the values they left for the generations to come.

Bilang pagtatapos sa taunang Buwan ng Wika, ang ๐๐’๐Œ๐€๐“๐‡ ๐’๐จ๐œ๐ข๐ž๐ญ๐ฒ ay nakiisa sa pagdiriwang nito noong Agosto 28, 2026. Kalakip sa selebrasyon ang pagsusuot ng mga Filipino-inspired na kasuotan, na naglalayong buhayin hindi lamang ang ating wika, kundi gayundin ang kulturang ating kinagisnan.

Isang maligayang Buwan ng Wika ang ipinaaabot ng aming samahan sa inyong lahat! Nawaโ€™y ang ating pagmamahal sa ating bansa at wika ay manatili hindi lamang tuwing Agosto, bagkus ay maisabuhay sa puso at sa ating araw-araw na mga gawa.

The activity was a success as it brought the BS Mathematics students together, allowing everyone to share their thoughts and ensuring that the proposed activities were discussed and agreed upon collectively.
