Isang ganap ng batas ang Republic Act No. 11965 o ang Caregivers’ Welfare Act matapos lagdaan ni President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., kung saan co-author at co-sponsor si Senator B**g Go ng naturang batas.

Layunin nitong isulong ang karapatan at kapakanan ng mga caregiver sa pamamagitan ng pag-institutionalize ng mga polisiya na magpoprotekta sa kanila. Nakapaloob rin dito ang tamang working hours, mga benepisyo tulad ng SSS, Pag-ibig at Philhealth, 13th month pay para sa mga nakapag-render ng hindi bababa sa isang buwan at marami pang iba.

Naniniwala si Senator Kuya B**g Go sa malaking maitutulong ng batas sa pagprotekta sa mga Filipino caregivers upang magkaroon ng disenteng trabaho at sweldo, at upang mailayo ang mga ito sa pang-aabuso, karahasan, at exploitation.
