On this momentous day, May 24, 2025, the NORSU Main Army ROTC Units proudly celebrated our graduation ceremony at the MC2 Bajumpandan Parade Ground. It is with immense pride and gratitude that we mark the culmination of our journey — a journey built on discipline, unity, and unwavering commitment to service and excellence.

To all my fellow cadets and cadettes, I extend my deepest appreciation for your cooperation, dedication, and perseverance throughout our training and preparations. Each of you has played a vital role in making this graduation event a meaningful and successful occasion. Your commitment to our shared mission and your willingness to endure challenges have shaped us into stronger individuals and better future leaders.

To our respected seniors, thank you for your constant guidance, patience, and leadership. Your presence and mentorship have inspired us to strive for greatness and never lose sight of our purpose. You have shaped our path, and we are grateful for the standards you have set for us to follow. You have been our pillars of strength and direction, and we hope to make you proud as we carry the torch forward.

The NORSU Main Army ROTC Unit proudly celebrates a remarkable achievement during the Regional Annual Administrative Inspection (RAATI) 2025, conducted at Negros Oriental State University – Main Campus II from 0800H to 1200H, where the unit earned an outstanding score of 94.65%. This milestone reflects the strength of our training, discipline, and unity—hallmarks of a truly committed ROTC community.

This success would not have been possible without the unwavering dedication of every cadet and advance officer who poured their effort, time, and heart into every preparation. Your commitment to excellence has brought honor to the unit and pride to our university.

We also extend our deepest gratitude and highest respect to our seniors, Training Staff, and alumni, whose invaluable guidance, mentorship, and support paved the way for this achievement. 𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐍: 20 MAY 2025

𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄: Negros Oriental State University Campus II, Bajumpandan Parade Ground

𝐖𝐇𝐘: To finalize and polish all commands and movements in preparation for the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI). This final rehearsal plays a vital role in identifying areas for improvement, building confidence, and strengthening unity among cadets. Rehearsals allow for the correction of minor errors and ensure each unit performs in full coordination with ROTC standards, especially during "PASAMASID" and "PAGHAWAK NG SANDATA."

𝐇𝐎𝐖: Through repeated drills, focused training based on the ROTC Handout, and the continued guidance of ROTC personnel and training NCOs, ensuring every cadet is prepared and synchronized in their respective roles.

THE FORMATION FOR TOMORROW IS CANCELLED DUE TO A CONFLICT ON
SCHEDULES OF ACTIVITIES WITH THE CIT AND CCJE DEPT. THEREFORE, WE WILL CONDUCT A SPECIAL FORMATION ON THE 20TH OF MAY WHICH WILL BE THE FINAL REHEARSAL ON ALL THE ACTIVITIES BEFORE RAATI ON 22 MAY 2025. WE WOULD LIKE TO ASK FOR EACH AND EVERYONE'S COOPERATION FOR WE WILL BE BRINGING THE BANNER AND NAME OF OUR UNIT AND BELOVED NORSU.
ALSO, ALL CADETS ARE REQUIRED TO USE THE ROTC SWEATSHIRT AND BALL CAP ON MAY 20. THE SAID SWEATSHIRT AND BALLCAP ARE AVAILABLE AT ROYAL STITCH. THANK YOU.

𝐖𝐇𝐘: To enhance the local pass in review sequence known as "PASAMASID" and "PAGHAWAK NG SANDATA", and to holistically prepare for the upcoming RAATI. Each cadet actively practiced in their respective designations; be it in the field of medical support, theoretical knowledge, knot tying, and other specialized tasks. This collective effort ensures that all units perform in coordination and excellence in accordance with ROTC standards.
