📌𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘
1. Each Team shall submit a minimum of twelve (12) and a maximum of fifteen (15) eligible players. Qualified players must be 30 years old (before May 1, 2025) or younger and resident of Valencia, Negros Oriental and a registered voter of their respective barangay.
2. To be eligible to participate in this tournament, a player must be a bona fide resident and he must be a registered voter in his barangay to which he belongs.
3. He must not be a present member of any professional league.
4. The SK Chairperson must have submitted 2 copies of:
• Photocopy of Voter’s ID (Voter’s Certification- COMELEC)
• Photocopy of any Primary ID
• List of Players (Template is provided below)
‼️For MINORS, please submit the same requirements listed above, but using your parent’s documents instead.‼️
What to submit?
- 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 must be printed in a LONG BONDPAPER (Name, Age, Close up photo of individual player, and Contact number incase of emergency)
- 𝐋𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬’ 𝐝𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 must be neatly compiled on a clean transparent envelope with the name of the Barangay indicated in front.

- This will take for 15-20 minutes per barangay only. Please be present!
- The teams’ schedule for the f2f meeting will be announced once the requirements have been reviewed.
