The CSC Field Office - Iloilo announces that applications for the March 8, 2026 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) shall be filed online through the CSC eServe.

1️⃣ Online Booking of Appointments

The booking of appointments will go live starting November 1, 2025. Slots are limited, so applicants are encouraged to book early.

⚠️ No online booking of appointment, no acceptance of application.

2️⃣ Application Venues for Iloilo Testing Center Applicants

Applicants may select from the following venues to submit their CSC eServe-generated application forms and other documentary requirements (you can select the location using the drop down arrow in the CSC eServe):

A. SM City Iloilo – Government Service Center,
Mandurriao, Iloilo City
🕓 Operating Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
📅 Schedule: November 3 to November 28, 2025
(Mondays to Fridays, except non-working holidays)

B. Mobile Application Centers (9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.)

MARCH 2026 CIVIL SERVICE EXAM
The CSC has announced the filing period for the CSC Examination- Pen and Paper for both Professional and Sub- Professional levels.

✅ Who can apply / Qualifications
General qualifications (for both levels) include:
-Must be a Filipino citizen.
-Must be at least 18 years of age on the date of filing.
Of good moral character; no final conviction for offences involving moral turpitude, dishonesty, examination irregularity, drug addiction, etc.
-Must not have been dishonorably discharged from military service or dismissed for cause from civilian government work.
-Must not have taken the same level of CSE (PPT mode or equivalent) within the three (3) months immediately before the date of the exam.

📋 Application / Documentary Requirements
Here are the typical requirements for filing:
-Fully accomplished application form: CS Form No. 100 (Revised 2023) – available at CSC Regional/Field Offices or downloadable from the CSC website.
-Four (4) recent (within last 3 months) passport‑size ID photos with white background and name tag + signature.
-Valid ID card original + photocopy (ID must be among accepted types). If the ID does not show your birth date, also submit original + photocopy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or local civil registrar, printed on SecPa).
-Examination fee: ₱500.

🧭 How to Apply via OCSEAS
1. Create or log in to your OCSEAS account https://ocseas.csc.gov.ph
2.After registration you’ll receive a confirmation email. Click the activation link to activate your account.
3. Select exam type and test center / slot reservation/ test centre for the exam. Choose your preferred level (Professional or Sub‐Professional.
4. Confirm Slot and download confirmation slip.
5.Schedule your personal appearance, pay, and submit hard copies at the designated CSC Regional Office or Field Office. This is where you will submit hard copies of your documents and pay the exam fee (₱500 for CSE‑PPT).

Follow instructions of your CSC Regional Office/Field Office for submission. Slots may be limited.
