We didn’t even know this place existed until our guide said he’d take us somewhere special, and let’s just say, we nearly cried when our boat pulled in.

Me and Sam have always been obsessed with tiny hidden beaches surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs. It all started over 10 years ago when we watched The Beach… and honestly, the obsession never left.

The sun is back in Bali… which means one thing: pool club season is ON! ☀️💦

As much as we love the peaceful jungle vibes of Ubud, sometimes we miss being by the ocean… so finding a good pool club to cool off is a must. And honestly, Omma Dayclub is one of the best we’ve been to!

It’s got everything: fun vibes, amazing food, cocktails, and the most insane view overlooking one of Bali’s most beautiful waterfalls. It’s lively without being too wild, perfect for couples who want to chill out, enjoy the music, and soak up the sun together. 🥰

Time for a little RE-INTRODUCTION ✨

We can’t believe this account has been around for over 5 years… seriously, where has the time gone?! 😱

If we’re being honest, over the last couple of years, we’ve felt a bit lost with what we really wanted to share on here. While we absolutely love showcasing beautiful travel spots, we’ve realised that sometimes it can feel… fake. We’d visit a place that looked magical online, only to find it overcrowded, overhyped, or totally different in real life. And we’d only end up posting the best bits—not the real story.

Creating content for YouTube gave us a huge shift in energy. It allowed us to show up as ourselves, without the perfect poses, curated feeds, or pressure to make every moment look ‘insta-worthy’.

So… we’ve decided it’s time to change our direction.

We’re still going to share all the beautiful destinations we visit, but with a focus on real experiences, our relationship, and why we travel in the first place. Less filters, more meaning.

You’ll still get the dreamy spots, but you’ll also get the moments in between, the laughter, the challenges, the reality of being a couple living life on the road.

The most beautiful island… ✨

Sometimes it’s hard to believe that places like this actually exist. A stunning white sandbar surrounded by crystal-clear water, with a volcanic island backdrop…pure magic. 🪄

Camiguin quickly became one of our favourite islands in the Philippines, and although it took a long journey to reach, it was totally worth it.

Can’t wait to return one day and experience this dreamy place with better weather and blue skies! ☀️

ESCAPING THE CROWDS IN SIARGAO 🇵🇭🌴

Since we first visited the Philippines back in 2020, its popularity has skyrocketed, and while we LOVE that more people are discovering how special this country is, many once-quiet spots are now busy and overcrowded…

So, we made it our mission to find a tour that would take us to some hidden gems and help us experience the Philippines away from the crowds.

We found this incredible private island-hopping tour on and explored some of the most stunning islands around Siargao! The absolute highlight? Mam-on Island (pictured here) — a secluded paradise with white sand, palm trees, and the friendliest local kids. It was honestly the best moment of our time in Siargao! 🏝️✨

So happy we decided to explore the undiscovered island of Camiguin. This island has so much to offer, from incredible beaches, waterfalls and treks. Sadly we only had 2/6 days to explore as we had really bad weather, but we’re so excited to return in the future!

HELLO PHILIPPINES! 🇵🇭🌴

It feels surreal to be back after 5 years—the first Asian country we ever visited together, where we fell in love with the people and the tropical island lifestyle. 🥹✨

The past 5 weeks have been incredible, but not without challenges. Endless travel days and 3 weeks of non-stop rain… definitely not what we expected! 😅🌧️

BUT—we wouldn’t change it for the world! This trip made us realise how much we’ve grown as travellers…
From 2020, surviving on spaghetti and pizza, to now trying every local dish we can find. 🐷🍲

We’re so excited for the next 3 weeks of island hopping, and yep… we’re already planning round 2 for next year! 😜

Missing Bali Already… 🌺✨

It’s only been two months since we left Bali, but it already feels like a piece of us is missing. We’ve been to some of the most beautiful places, but nothing quite compares to the spirit of Bali.

We miss…
😊 The warm smiles and kindness of the locals
🌸 The daily offerings and rich traditions
🍛 The flavors of Balinese food (and that perfect spice!)
🐱 And most of all… our cat Milky

Bali isn’t just a place — it’s a feeling, and we’re so excited for chapter two of our Bali life. Who else has left a part of their heart in Bali? ❤️

This experience! 🥹🐘✨

We love elephants, but finding a truly ethical elephant experience in Thailand was super important to us. We didn’t want to join a big group or visit a place where we weren’t sure about the treatment of the elephants. So when we found this private, romantic couple’s experience on , we knew we had to book it — and we’re SO glad we did!

This elephant sanctuary rescues former working elephants, giving them a safe and loving home. At the time of our visit, they had just a handful of elephants, and it was clear they loved their caretakers. We got to:

🐘 Feed them their favorite treats
💦 Give them a cool-down bath
🍜 Cook our own pad Thai after (plus a bottle of wine!)

If you’re looking for a small, ethical, and unforgettable elephant experience in Chiang Mai, we highly recommend this one! 🇹🇭🫶
