The older I get, the more I realize that my favorite parts of traveling are rarely the major tourist attractions.

Not the observation decks.
Not the luxury hotels.
Not even the itineraries I spent weeks planning.

It’s usually the smaller moments I remember most.

I wrote a new blog about the small moments that honestly make travel feel more special now.

You might relate to this one.

Some of my favorite travel moments are never the big tourist attractions. They’re the small rituals that make traveling feel personal, grounding, and memorable.

It’s scorching summer in Manila and I found this on my camera roll. I want to teleport back. πŸ˜„

Two years ago at The Cafe Apartment in Saigon. πŸ‡»πŸ‡³

No iced coffee has hit the same since this one. β˜•πŸ˜

Between my tools, subscriptions, running a business and living my life, booking flights upfront is the last thing my card needs. 🫠

Found the fix. πŸ‘€
fairly a buy now pay later flights. Split the cost. Zero interest ✈️

Should have found this before Kyoto. πŸ˜„βœˆοΈ

Don’t let the upfront cost stop you from booking that trip.

Consuming content about freelancing is starting to become your full-time job.

Meanwhile, you still have not started.

My second ebook was built for people stuck in that exact cycle. This is based on my real lived experience and honestly, it’s very personal to me. 🫠

This time, you’ll know where to start.

Dropping soon. πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ’»

Something worth knowing if you are just starting out in freelancing. πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ’»

Clients are not looking for someone who can do a little bit of everything.

They want someone who is really good at one specific thing and can deliver results.

I used to be a Jill of All Trades when I was starting and tbh it kept me stuck longer than I want to admit. 🫠

The moment I stopped trying to offer everything and went deep with one skill, everything changed.

If you are a beginner, do not scatter.

One skill mastered beats ten skills scattered. Every single time. 🀍

Before you send your first freelance proposal, do this first.

Most beginners skip this step and wonder why nobody replies.

Read the job post twice.

Most beginners read job posts thinking:
β€œCan I get this job?”

The better question is:
β€œCan I solve this problem?”

Because the biggest mistake is not a bad proposal.

It’s applying for the wrong job with a copy-paste message that talks about you instead of the client.

Clients do not hire resumes.

They hire solutions.

One intentional proposal beats ten generic ones every single time.

Try this next time you apply πŸ€πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ’»
