Ito ang term na ginagamit to describe hidden symptoms of depression na hindi napapansin ng ibang tao dahil hindi naman nagkakaroon ng kakulangan sa trabaho at pagperform ng responsibilities ang merong functional depression.

Kaya napaka helpful din na we need to be kind to every person that we meet everyday because hindi natin alam ang struggles ng kada isa sa atin. ❤️‍🩹

Just a gentle reminder: Let’s be real—hindi porket matagal na sa trabaho, automatic na ang promotion. At hindi rin lahat ng na-promote ay dahil lang ‘favorite’ sila or ma-PR. Maraming factors sa promotion—performance, visibility, trust, timing, at minsan, lakas ng loob to take on more.

Okay lang ma-hurt minsan kapag may nauna sayo, tao lang. Pero wag na tayong tumambay sa selos. Mas okay mag-reflect, ayusin ang goals, at ipakita pa lalo yung value mo. Hindi mo kailangan manggaya. Just stay consistent, be visible, and build credibility. May sarili kang timing, just play smart, stay kind, and keep showing up. At kung sa totoo lang, ginawa mo na talaga ang lahat pero wala pa rin, maybe it’s time to revisit your goals, your career path, or your plan.
