Being jobless is temporary.

But the way some people treat you when you’re broke and unemployed?

That pain can stay with you for a long time.

You suddenly notice who checks on you because they genuinely care—and who only valued you when you had something to offer.

Some people become distant.
Some stop inviting you.
Some talk to you differently.
And some make you feel like your worth disappeared along with your paycheck.

But please remember:

Losing a job is not the same as losing your value.

Your bank account can change.
Your job title can change.
Your season can change.

But your worth doesn’t.
And one day, when you’re back on your feet, remember how this season made you feel.
Not to hold a grudge.

But to become the kind of person who never makes someone else feel small just because they’re going through a difficult season.

People are quick to judge your survival without knowing how close you were to giving up.

Not everyone understands the battles fought in silence. They see the mess, not the nights I spent holding myself together. I’m tired of explaining my pain just to prove it was real.

If I’m still here, I’ll call it a blessing. I survived, even if not gracefully. God saw every moment I was barely holding on.

“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you.” — Isaiah 43:2.

I didn’t make it this far by strength alone, but because God never left me.

Some people don't ask for help because they've already convinced themselves that no one will listen.

Mental health struggles aren't always visible, and sometimes the loudest cry is the one no one hears. Be kind—you never know what someone is carrying inside.

"A little kindness can save someone from a battle you'll never see."

“AYOKO NG PROMOTION. GUSTO KO NG PEACE.”

Dati, kapag may opening for promotion, excited ako. “Uy, baka ikaw na mapromote!”

Pero ngayon, Parang gusto ko na lang sabihin:
“Thank you, pero pass muna ako. Gusto ko pa mabuhay.”

Hindi naman ibig sabihin na tamad ako at wala akong ambisyon. Hindi lahat ng growth kailangan may bagong titulo at bagong responsibilidad.

Minsan, ang gusto mo lang ay:
Same job.
Same responsibilities.
Same sahod na hopefully tumataas kahit walang promotion.

Kasi let's be honest.

Our career success isn't always about climbing higher. Sometimes success is being able to say:

“Okay ako dito. Hindi ko kailangang maging manager para maging successful.”

Because peace of mind is a promotion too. 💪 ❤️

A Lesson We Can Learn from the Unfortunate Incident at the Samgyupsalan‼️

On the evening of March 12, a seemingly joyous occasion at a samgyupsalan (Korean barbecue restaurant) in Brgy. Carangalaan, Dagupan City, suddenly turned into a frightening and tragic moment. A group of students, happily singing "Happy Birthday," were enjoying their time, unaware that an unexpected disaster was about to unfold. A butane stove exploded, sending a terrifying burst of fire throughout the dining area.

In an instant, laughter turned into panic as flames engulfed the table, and the lives of 13 to 15 individuals were disrupted. Reports indicate that these individuals sustained injuries, and some continue to receive medical attention. This unfortunate event, which quickly went viral, serves as a stark reminder of the importance of safety in the places we visit, especially in restaurants.

This incident teaches us several crucial lessons. First, safety must always be a top priority, both for restaurant owners and customers. It's essential for restaurants to maintain and supervise equipment to prevent accidents. Second, we must acknowledge the unpredictability of accidents, staying vigilant and prepared for the unexpected. Third, empathy and responsibility are key—businesses must be accountable for their customers’ well-being, while we, as a community, should support each other during crises. Finally, this event should motivate both restaurant owners and patrons to take proactive steps toward ensuring safety, whether through better staff training, equipment checks, or simply being more aware of our surroundings.

In conclusion, while the accident was horrifying and painful for those involved, it is also an opportunity for all of us to reflect on how we can improve safety in our everyday environments. Let this be a call to action for restaurant owners, workers, and diners alike. The most important thing is that we learn from this and continue to prioritize safety, so that we can all enjoy our meals and celebrations without fear.😔😔😔

Updating your partner is the most important thing in relationship. being busy is not a reason not to update your partner that took hours waiting for your respond or updates. entering a relationship is a big responsibility and if you can’t handle the bare minimum then don’t enter relationship — a real man or woman‚ no matter how busy he/she is‚ she or he will grabbed a opportunity to update you‚ because that’s how relationship works.
