Documentary Entry No. 3 - Sungya
Peoples' Choice Award Guidelines:
1. Each documentary entry will be posted on the official page of the Local Youth Development Office – Panay, Capiz.
2. The entry with the most ❤️ Love Reactions will be declared the People’s Choice Award Winner.
3. Only ❤️ Love Reactions will be counted; other reactions will not be included.
4. Participants may share and promote their official documentary post.
5. Fraudulent, manipulated, or prohibited reactions may be disqualified.
6. The winner will be announced during the DokyuKwento 2026 Awarding Ceremony on August 30, 2026 at Panay Sports and Community Center
