𝑻𝑯𝑨𝑻'𝑺 𝑨 𝑾𝑹𝑨𝑷! | 𝗘𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 2025 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

‎Esperanza National High School (ENHS) successfully concluded the 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 2025 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦, in accordance with Presidential Decree no. 491, which promotes nationwide health and nutrition awareness.

‎The success of the program was attributed to the active participation of students, whose creativity and teamwork showcased the values embodied by Batang ENHS.

‎The celebration for 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑵𝒖𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑴𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒉 2025 featured various nutritional contests, from mouthwatering dishes to catchy jingles and eye-catching posters, including the Booth Contest and Quiz Bee Competition. Students brought their A-game to promote the value of proper nutrition. Cheers to all the winners who turned this celebration into a meaningful and memorable event!

Esperanza National High School (ENHS) officially launched its 2025 Nutrition Month Celebration on July 30, 2025, aligning with the national theme, “𝗦𝗮 𝗣𝗣𝗔𝗡: 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗮-𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝗵𝗮𝘁!” and its subtheme, “𝙁𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙖𝙩 𝙉𝙪𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙈𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮! 𝙎𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙩 𝙣𝙖 𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙠𝙖𝙞𝙣, 𝙆𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙣 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣!”

The event, held at the ENHS Gymnasium, featured guest speaker Ma’am Robiel M. Rarican, RN, who emphasized in her address the importance of collective effort in addressing malnutrition and promoting food and nutrition security.

Mula sa makukulay na palamuti ng mga booth, masisiglang awitin ng mga jingle, hanggang sa masusustansyang lutong handog ng bawat grupo—muling sumigla ang bakuran ng 𝗘𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘇𝗮 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹. Isang makulay, masustansya, at makabuluhang pagbabalik ang itinanghal ngayong taon!

‎Matagumpay na isinagawa ng Esperanza National High School ang taunang pagdiriwang ng 𝗕𝘂𝘄𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘆𝗼𝗻 2025 ngayong Hulyo 30, kasabay ng pagbabalik ng mga makabuluhang aktibidad matapos ang limang taong pagkaantala dulot ng pandemya. Sa temang “𝙎𝙖 𝙋𝙋𝘼𝙉: 𝙎𝙖𝙢𝙖-𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙖 𝙨𝙖 𝙉𝙪𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙩 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖 𝙨𝙖 𝙇𝙖𝙝𝙖𝙩” at sub-temang “𝙁𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙉𝙪𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙈𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮! 𝙎𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙩 𝙣𝙖 𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙠𝙖𝙞𝙣, 𝙆𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙣 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣!”, layunin ng programa na mapalalim ang kamalayan ng bawat mag-aaral sa kahalagahan ng tamang nutrisyon bilang pundasyon ng isang malusog at maunlad na kinabukasan. Alinsunod ito sa 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗡𝗼. 491 o Nutrition Act of the Philippines at sa 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗦𝗚𝗢𝗗-𝗦𝗛𝗦 𝗡𝗼. 123 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 2025.

‎Pinangunahan ng TLE Department sa pamumuno ni 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝗰𝘂𝗮𝗹 at ng TVL/TechPro Group Head na si 𝗠𝗮’𝗮𝗺 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗕. 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗼, tampok sa selebrasyon ang mga patimpalak tulad ng Cooking Contest, Poster Making, Booth Competition, at Jingle Contest. Sa bawat aktibidad, ipinamalas ng mga mag-aaral ang kanilang galing, pagkamalikhain, at diwang palaban habang itinataguyod ang adbokasiya ng wastong pagkain at malusog na pamumuhay.

‎Bilang bahagi rin ng selebrasyon, isinagawa ang mga panayam sa piling g**o at mag-aaral na nagbahagi ng kanilang pananaw sa kahalagahan ng nutrisyon. Ipinunto sa mga panayam na ang edukasyon ukol sa tamang pagkain ay mahalagang bahagi ng pagpapalaki ng kabataang may disiplina sa kalusugan at sarili.

‎Isang makabuluhang paalala ang iniwan ng buong programa: ang tamang nutrisyon ay hindi lamang para sa isang buwan kundi para sa buong taon at sa buong buhay. 𝙏𝙪𝙣𝙖𝙮 𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙠𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙨𝙪𝙜𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙮 𝙠𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙩 𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙖𝙣 𝙣𝙜 𝙗𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙨𝙖.
