The center of Tropical Depression was estimated at 280 km West Northwest of Calayan, Cagayan with a Maximum sustained winds of 55 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 70 km/h, and central pressure of 1000 hPa, moving West southwestward at 15 km/h

Tropical Depression BISING will continue moving generally northwestward slowly in the next 12 hours and may exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility this afternoon. Afterwards, it will turn northeastward over the sea west of Extreme Northern Luzon.
Re-entry to the western boundary of the PAR is possible by Sunday (06 July) morning and it may exit again the northern boundary of PAR by Monday. The forecast track is highly uncertain and a possible southward shift resulting to hoisting of Wind Signal No. 2 over Batanes and Babuyan Islands is not ruled out.
BISING is forecast to intensify into a tropical storm by tomorrow and may further intensify as it moves over the sea south of Taiwan.
