KORONADAL CITY — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region XII, in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Regional Office XII and the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Region XII, conducted Oplan Harabas 2025 on December 29, 2025, at around 7:00 a.m. at the Koronadal Integrated Transport Terminal Complex and Yellow Bus Terminal in Koronadal City.
The operation supported the enforcement of Republic Act No. 10586, or the Anti-Drunk and Drugged Driving Act of 2013, in line with Oplan “Biyaheng Ayos: Pasko 2025.”
A total of 150 drivers and conductors underwent drug testing, all of whom yielded negative results. Those tested included 55 bus drivers, 53 bus conductors, and 42 van drivers.
As part of the activity, K9 paneling was also conducted within the terminals, which resulted in no detection of dangerous drugs.
The activity was jointly participated in by personnel from LTO, PDEA, LTFRB, and the Koronadal City LGU, underscoring strong inter-agency collaboration in ensuring safe, drug-free public transportation during the holiday season.
