From machinery challenges to academic battles, agricultural and biosystems engineering students put their skills, knowledge, and teamwork to the test, giving a fierce fight for four houses: Robo Mechatronics, Eco Resources, Agro-Structures and Bio-Processing during Day 2, September 9.
Day 2 featured tractor rodeo's participant excellent skill in driving and navigating through the given obstacles. Alongside it, the Machinery and Implement Parts Identification competition, challenged students to demonstrate their knowledge of equipment and its various components.
Adding to the twist, Family Feud also brought the wit, quick thinking and teamwork of each house as they carried the pride of each houses.
The spotlight then again quickly changed into a nerve-wrecking academic competition as afternoon featured PAESugay, bringing together third- and fourth-year ABE students for an academic challenge that tested their knowledge and skills.
Aside from that, the ABE Quiz followed with questions covering Mathematics, Language and Literature, Science and Technology, Makabayan, and General Information, before concluding with a team quiz that put the participantsโ teamwork and quick thinking to the test.
As Pabebo about to end, the competitions gave students the chance to showcase what they have learned while enjoying the eventโs subtle wizarding-themed atmosphere. More than the competition itself, Day 2 highlighted the studentsโ knowledge, skills, teamwork, and camaraderie, making the activities a memorable part of the celebration that will still grow towards Day 3.
