2016 All-Pro defensive end Jadeveon Clowney reunited with the team that drafted him, the Houston Texans, as he agreed on a contract with the team for the upcoming 2026 NFL season.

The 2014 top overall pick Clowney returned to the squad, where he gained multiple Pro Bowl designations and was a second team All-Pro member as well.

He played for 13 games (6 starts) with the Dallas Cowboys last year, finishing with 8.5 sacks, 41 total tackles (24 solo), four passes defended, and one forced fumble. They failed to qualify into the postseason, as they finished with 7-9-1 record, and placed second in the NFC East.

2021 All-Pro wide receiver Deebo Samuel Sr. returns to the San Francisco 49ers as he inks a one-year, $7M deal with the team.

Samuel Sr., 30, has been with the Washington Commanders in 2025, after spending 6 seasons with the 49ers.

Last season, he appeared in 16 games (12 starts) with the Commanders, tallying 727 receiving yards, 72 receptions, and 5 receiving touchdowns, while also having 75 rushing yards and 1 rushing touchdown. His team missed the playoffs, finishing with 5-12 record and placed third in NFC East.
