The Sangguniang Barangay cordially invites all residents to participate in our upcoming Blood Donation Drive. This initiative aims to support those in need and strengthen our community's health resources.

Date: February 21, 2025
Time: 8:00 AM
Venue: Malandag Gymnasium

Eligibility Criteria
Age: 18 to 65 years old
Weight: At least 50 kg (110 lbs)
Health: In good health with no recent illnesses
Pulse Rate: Between 60 to 100 beats per minute with a regular rhythm
Blood Pressure: Systolic between 90 to 160 mmHg and diastolic between 60 to 100 mmHg
Hemoglobin Level: At least 12.5 g/dL

Preparation Tips
Rest: Ensure adequate sleep the night before
Hydration: Drink plenty of water prior to donation
Nutrition: Consume a healthy meal before arriving
Identification: Bring a valid ID and a list of any medications you are taking
