𝐃𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐲. 𝐁𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞!

Busy is far different from being productive! I wanna be honest, I am sometimes busy, I feel like I have too many things to do. From being a Virtual Assistant to being a small business owner. But the thing is, I just have a shrtlist of my to-do’s, it is just that, I am not being productive and focused on my work that’s why it is taking too much of my time.

The moment I become productive, I am also amazed at how fast I can get things done and still have time for myself. Being productive means being focused at work too.

How can we be productive? Here are some tips that are effective for me:
✨Have a pre-work routine! Do the things you love or that could bring you joy before working - it enlightens the mood of the day.

✨I always think of my goals - I wanna achieve more in a day.

✨Most important is, I want to make sure that I get 8 hours of sleep a day. I love sleeping and I am not a fan of sleeping late because of work. I want to get things done so I could have a rest for myself.

Content can determine your success in social media. How?
👉 It gives our dream clients something to share and something to learn from.
👉It shows how knowledgeable we are in our chosen niche and can position us as experts.
👉Good and unique contents attract clients.
👉It can connect us to the community of our chosen niche.
👉It can help drive more sales to your business!

𝑭𝒐𝒄𝒖𝒔 𝒐𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕. Make them learn something from you. In making content, you are also learning, so keep going! Brand yourself as a Content Creator, because you really are! Claim it!

Who else’s new to Work From Home set-up? What are your pros and cons? And how do you manage it?

For me, here are my pros
- I can work in my pajamas
- I can choose my working time
- I can eat while working (that’s a real pro!!)

But, these past few days, I’ve been struggling with Work From Home set-up. I believe working from home is a skill, especially when you are your own boss, or you have your business.

What are my struggles?
- The work in my pajamas is a trap
- Because I own my schedule, I often say “I’ll do it later”
- Eating is now a distraction

What used to be my pros are now my cons and 𝗜𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛𝗬 anymore. I have to do something with it.

What did I do?
- I started listening to motivational podcasts.
- I started to discipline myself with my working schedule.
- I followed more motivational accounts in my social media accounts
- In the morning, I write my goals or things to do for the day.
I am trying to practice the “Don’t stop when you are tired, stop when you are done” attitude.

To you who works from home or works for your business, I just want to leave one line to you,

These past few days, I keep on asking myself "𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒂𝒎 𝑰 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒅𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒎𝒚 𝒕𝒂𝒔𝒌𝒔 𝒚𝒆𝒕? 𝑰 𝒂𝒎 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒖𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒍𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒉𝒐𝒍𝒆 𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒔𝒆𝒆𝒎𝒔 𝒍𝒊𝒌𝒆 𝑰'𝒎 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒂𝒕 𝒂𝒍𝒍."

It is because I tend to overthink and multi-think things. Today, focus on one task at a time. Finish tasks one-by-one. Enumerate your tasks and identify which one should be the first on the list. Do it.

Just a quick coffee trip at Amadeo, and dreaming that one day, I can have my own coffee shop while working with my clients!! Also dreaming of working by the beach, to be an official digital nomad! What a dream!!

Or what about a coffee shop by the beach? Better, right?

Anyway, I love this Cafe. Minimalist design, perfect for Gen Z. It is located along Tagaytay-Amadeo Road, Banay banay Amadeo. It has a peaceful ambiance where you can focus on work. (Sorry for being workaholic. 🙏😂)

Celebrate small wins!!

Since I started my gift shop business, I barely know about Social Media Marketing. 3,000 reach is already an achievement, and I had a hard time reaching 500 likes. Mainly because when the pandemic starts, small businesses made their own pages that our friends tend to ignore our Invite to like. Only a few will support your business.

But with consistency, effort, and quality content, I managed to get this 8,500 reaches, 440 likes within 28 days, and still counting! Our engagement also went to 2,243!! It all went up to 150%-1200%!!

When it comes to the target market, we are from General Trias Cavite and now receiving orders from Metro Manila even in provinces!

See how important Social Media is in expanding our market? I know this isn't something to brag about, but I am proud of where our business is going for only 1 month's effort of Social Media Marketing! I enrolled in the Social Media Marketing IN-Depth course, Thanks to

I struggled during the peak season in maintaining our page because I was too busy in the production and business management - also the reason why I took Social Media Marketing seriously. I know how a business needs a Social Media Manager so that owners can focus on their business.
