Pag tinawag mo na Panginoon at tagaagligtas Ang Dios, dapat may pagsunod ka bilang siya Ang Iyong Panginoon. At ito Ang kanyang utos

Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
This is the first and great commandment.
And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. Matthew 22:37-40

Acts 2:38
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Itinuro ni Jesus na ang Bautismo ay Kaugnay ng Bagong Kapanganakan

Ayon kay Jesus, ang bautismo ay bahagi ng muling kapanganakan.

Juan 3:5

> “Katotohanan, katotohanang sinasabi Ko sa iyo, maliban na ang tao’y ipanganak sa tubig at sa Espiritu, hindi siya makapapasok sa kaharian ng Diyos.”

📌 Ang “tubig” ay karaniwang inuunawa bilang bautismo, at ang “Espiritu” ay ang gawa ng Banal na Espiritu.
3. Iniutos ni Jesus ang Bautismo
Malinaw na iniutos ni Jesus na ang Kanyang mga alagad ay magbautismo.

Mateo 28:19
> “Kaya’t magsiyaon kayo, at gawin ninyong alagad ang lahat ng mga bansa, na sila’y inyong bautismuhan sa pangalan ng Ama at ng Anak at ng Espiritu Santo.”

đź“Ś Ang bautismo ay hindi opsyonal kundi utos ng Panginoon.
