What are photo tops? Photo tops are actually cold laminating films. They protect the surface of your photos from dust and scratches and helps lengthen the quality of the pictures. The pictures will not fade easily if it's laminated.
There are two kinds of laminating films, hot and cold. The hot laminated products are those that go through the heat of the laminating machine and comes out as hard materials and thus are very durable.
The cold laminating films can also go through the laminating machine, but there's no heat involved. It's just to make sure that the film will cling to materials you want to laminate flawlessly. So the cold laminating film is just like plastic that covers your photo paper, but it can't be removed anymore once it's applied.
