Whatever battle you’re facing, remember this: God is your refuge and strength.

Your situation doesn’t change who God is.
He’s stronger than the storm, bigger than the mountain, and greater than anything standing in your way.

When it feels too much, remind yourself — God is bigger.

So don’t quit now. You’ve come too far.
You’ve waited, endured, and grown.
You’re not alone — you never were. God’s been with you all along.

Instead of giving up, keep going.

He’s fighting for you, and the victory is already His.

It’s okay not to be okay—

But it’s not okay to stay in pain and weariness forever.

There will be days when you feel weak, hurt, tired, or lose your drive — and that’s normal.

Hard seasons will come, but remember: you’re not meant to face them alone.

Being a Christian means fighting battles not with the world’s ways, but through faith and trust in God.

Suffering isn’t meant to defeat you; it’s meant to draw you closer to Him and shape you into His likeness.

We can’t fix everything, but we can always turn to Jesus for strength and peace.

“And the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will Himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.” (1 Peter 5:10)

In a loud and restless world, it’s Jesus who brings true peace.

Stay close to Him — that’s where your safety is.

“You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.” (Isaiah 26:3)

WHAT FILLS THE SOUL?

People may have everything this world can offer, and yet they still live with a gnawing feeling that something’s missing. It’s the crisis of success—reaching the top of this world just to realize it doesn’t satisfy.

The higher a person climbs in this world, the more this one question burns in their mind: “Now what?” These two words can make a person feel like the emptiest thing in the world.

Food may fill the stomach.
Money may pay the expenses.
Music may satisfy the ears.
Entertainment may make us laugh.

But what’s the point?

Underneath it all is still a heart weighed down with sorrow. No amount of music, partying, traveling, or posting online will fill the emptiness.

Only God can satisfy the hunger of the soul.

This is not to say that God is the only thing we need (we still need to eat, sleep, and socialize, after all).

Rather, God is our most central need.

We should also recognize that many people try to fill the void in their hearts with religious routines that do nothing to heal them.

It’s not religious rituals that satisfy the soul but a living connection with God.

We should be encouraged to know that God wants us to get all the help we need to succeed spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.

Not all opinions are negative. If it helps you grow or change, then accept it, embrace it, reflect on it. Take it as an opportunity coz maybe that's God's way for you to be the best version of YOU.

Stop putting so much weight on the words of people. Put them on mute. Put that heavy thing down.⁣

What does God say? That’s what matters.⁣

Let God’s voice be the loudest you hear, not their opinions.

How do you stand before God today? The question is not How will you stand in the day of trouble, or at some future time? but how is it with your soul today? Will you go to work today? We want a personal individual experience today. Today, we want Christ abiding with us. ---Review and Herald, April 9,1889.
