Celebrated Indigenous People's Day with San Roque National High School in Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro.

About 50% of the students are Mangyans.

For the whole day, we celebrated and shared their crafts, food, ambahan and beautiful culture!

Sine K**alayan is a mobile school of filmmaking that aims to bring the art of filmmaking all over the country. Using a community centered approach on the craft, Sine K**alayan uses the local socio-cultural atmosphere to inspire the films made by its participants. Beyond the technical aspect of filmmaking, Sine K**alayan believes in expanding the minds and awakening the consciousness of aspiring filmmakers.
