𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 || April 15, 2025 — Goa National High School (GNHS) recognized the outstanding achievements of Junior and Senior High School students during its Annual Recognition Day Ceremony held at the GNHS Covered Court. The event was hosted by Mr. Arland B. Parpan and Mrs. Gemmaly P. Ordoñez.

The ceremony commenced with the Entrance of Colors by the CAT Cadets, followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem led by Mrs. Rene C. Colico. A doxology rendered by selected GNHS students solemnly opened the event.

Dr. Crespin S. Adayo Jr., delivered the opening and welcome remarks that showcased the importance of perseverance and excellence in education. He was succeeded by Dr. Grace P. Oñate who introduced the guest speaker — Ms. Gwyneth F. Munion — whose message inspired the students with passion, commitment, and lifelong learning.

Afterwards, the school principal assisted by the grade level chairmen, awarded a plaque of commendation to the guest speaker. This was followed by the awarding of medals and certificates to honor students and special awardees from Grades 7, 8, 9, and 11, together with their respective class advisers and grade level coordinators. Furthermore, Mr. Benhur M. Verdejo, extended his words of gratitude to the students and teachers.

The program concluded with the closing remarks by Mr. Bonifacio R. Pelon. His words encouraged students to strive for excellence.

𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗔 || Abril 15, 2025 – Idinaos ng Pambansang Mataas na Paaralan ng Goa (Goa National High School) ang kanilang ika-3 Taunang Seremonya ng Pagtatapos at Pagkilala sa ALS SHS 2025 na ginanap sa Goa NHS Covered Court na may temang "Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Kaagapay sa Bagong Pilipinas."

Nagsimula ang programa sa isang Thanksgiving Mass na sinundan ng pormal na seremonya ng pagtatapos. Ang mga magtatapos at mag-aaral ng baitang 11 sa ALS, kasama ang kanilang mga pamilya, g**o, kawani, at mga panauhing pandangal, ay pumasok sa isang marangal na prosesyon.

Binuksan ang seremonya sa pamamagitan ng pag-awit ng Lupang Hinirang na pinangunahan ni Bb. Jonalyn A. Lastrella, na sinundan ng pambungad na panalangin ni Bb. Lannie A. Nervez. Ang pambungad na pananalita naman ay pinangunahan ni G. Raymundo P. Calinog Jr. Bukod dito, nagbigay ng mensahe ang panauhin na si Hon. Alfredo P. Gonzaga III, habang pormal namang iniharap ng punongg**o na si G. Crespin S. Adayo Jr. ang mga kandidato para sa pagtatapos.

Iginawad ang mga karangalang akademiko at espesyal na parangal nina G. Crespin S. Adayo Jr., Hon. Alfredo P. Gonazaga III, Gng. Imelda P. Nardo, at G. Raymundo P. Calinog Jr. sa mga magtatapos at mag-aaral ng baitang 11. Naghatid naman si Bb. Regine T. Rosero ng mensahe ng pagtatapos bilang may mataas na karangalan sa klase. Pinangunahan naman ni Ryzel D. Buela ang panunumpa ng mga nagsipagtapos. Bukod dito, maligaya namang kinanta ng mga nagsipagtapos ang kanilang awitin na sinundan ng pagtatanghal ng Goa National High School Hymn.

Nagtapos ang seremonya sa pagbigay ng pampinal na salita ng punungg**o na si G. Crespin S. Adayo Jr., na siyang naging hudyat ng pagtatapos ng isang makabuluhan at hindi malilimutang yugto para sa mga magtatapos at pagkilala sa mga mag-aaral ng baitang 11 ng ALS sa Goa National High School.

𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 || April 14, 2025 — Goa National High School (GNHS) proudly held its 10th Moving-Up Ceremony for Grade 10 students at the Sports Complex in Goa, Camarines Sur, marking a significant milestone in the academic journey of Batch 2025.

The program began with a processional of completers, parents, faculty, SPTA officials, and the guest speaker, followed by the Entrance of Colors by the GNHS CAT Unit. The Philippine National Anthem was conducted by Mr. Francis R. Cuadra, and the invocation was led by Mrs. Marisa A. Samaniego.

Mr. Bonifacio R. Pelon, Assistant Principal for Academics, delivered the opening remarks. This was followed by the presentation of completers and awardees by Grade 10 Year Level Coordinator Mr. Benhur M. Verdejo, and their confirmation by School Principal Dr. Crespin S. Adayo Jr. The distribution of certificates and awards was carried out by the principal and assistant principals, assisted by class advisers.

The guest speaker, Julie Sadsad-Sto. Domingo, BSBA Program Head of Sienna College-Tigaon, Camarines Sur, delivered an inspiring message to the completers. She was later awarded a plaque of appreciation.

The ceremony concluded with the singing of the Completers’ Song and GNHS Hymn, followed by the Exit of Colors.

𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 || April 14, 2025 — Goa National High School (GNHS) celebrated the 8th Senior High School Graduation Ceremony of Batch 2025 at Goa Sports Complex, featuring the theme “Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Kaagapay sa Bagong Pilipinas.”

The event began with a Baccalaureate Mass, followed by the formal commencement exercises. The graduates, accompanied by their families, faculty, staff, and distinguished guests, entered in a dignified processional, led by the CAT cadets with the Entrance of Cross Swords.

The ceremony opened with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem conducted by Mrs. May V. Respeto, followed by an opening prayer led by Mrs. Johnarie France O. Asetre. Furthermore, Dr. Crespin S. Adayo, Jr. read the message of the Secretary, while District Supervisor Mila P. Peña formally presented the candidates for graduation.

In a moment of pride, PSDS Mila P. Peña, represented by Mrs. Soccoro L. Niño, presented the candidates for graduation while SDS Norman Samantela, represented by Mr. Crespin S. Adayo, Jr., gave the conferment. Moreover, Atty. Mark Leo H. Paga introduced the guest speaker; Mr Arnel B. Zarcedo who delivered a keynote message showcasing words of wisdom and encouragement as the graduates embark on a new chapter of their lives.

Academic honors and special awards were conferred, with Jessa S. Valencia and Mr. James P. Bacares leading the Pledge of Loyalty to GNHS and Alumni Association. A heartfelt dedication to parents was expressed through the song “Hiraya” and succeeded by the performance of the Goa National High School Hymn by Mr. Francis O. Balatinsayo.

The ceremony concluded with the Bicol Regional March and the Exit of Colors, marking the close of a meaningful and memorable milestone for the graduates of GNHS.

As the school year 2024–2025 concludes, student journalists from Goa National High School celebrate their dedication towards academic achievement. Despite all challenges, they pushed forward, growing not only as journalists but as responsible students. What they’ve accomplished isn't just the successful coverage of school events, but also the resilience to balance academics and journo duties.

Students from Grade 12 - Tourism recently passed Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) National Assessment on Tourism Promotion Services NC-II under the Joint Development Voucher Program (JDVP) between TESDA and DEPED last March 12-14, 2025. Furthermore, the passing rate of the students prevailed at 90%. Their achievement not only signifies their middle-level skilled workers but also shows their dedication and perseverance to their passion.
