GNHS billiard players delivered outstanding performances during the recently concluded Congressional and Division Meets, bringing home multiple medals in the 8-ball and 9-ball events.

At the Congressional Meet, Zane Jared S. Asetre claimed the gold medal in 8-ball and earned a silver medal in 9-ball, showcasing consistency and skill against strong competitors. Meanwhile, Paul Denver C. Calinog dominated the 9-ball category, securing the gold medal for GNHS.

The winning momentum continued at the Division Meet as Zane Jared S. Asetre once again proved his excellence by winning the gold medal in 9-ball and a bronze medal in 8-ball, adding to the school’s growing list of achievements.

These accomplishments were made possible through dedication, discipline, and the guidance of the coaching staff—Coach Gladwill Artiaga for the Boys team and Coach Day Anne Pasibe for the Girls team—whose leadership played a vital role in the team’s success.

The Goa National High School Taekwondo Team once again proved its excellence after securing 5 Gold and 3 Bronze at the Division Meet 2025, held at Robinsons, Naga City on December 6-9, 2025.

The team's exceptional performance in Poomsae earned the title of Overall Champion and qualified them for Palarong Bicol 2026, representing the school at the next level of competition.

In the individual categories, the GNHS Taekwondo Boys were hailed as Champions under the guidance of their coach, Ma'am Maricon Poche, while the GNHS Taekwondo Girls secured 1st Runner-Up, coached by Sir Francis Obias Balatinsayo, with the assistance of their chaperon, Ma'am Maria Wenie Competente. Technical support was provided by Ma'am Giladelyn Imperial, who served as Technical Official.

The entire Goa National High School community proudly celebrates the outstanding victory of its Taekwondo team, whose dedication and achievements continues to bring honor, pride, and inspiration to the school.

GNHS secured the silver medal in Sepak Takraw at Tabgon National High School on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.

After a fierce 1-2 championship match, the boys' team showcased brilliant coordination, ultimately achieving second place overall. The team's impressive performance was highlighted by their Best Regu 2, whose demonstrated discipline and potential earned official recognition.

Through perseverance and hardwork guided by their coach Mr. Matt Parola leds them to success. The team's victory peaked when they secured second place at the recent municipal meet.

The GNHS Table Tennis Team aced the spot with a powerful smash, serve and determination on achieving the gold medals in Municipal Meet 2025 held at Goa National High School on December 5, 2025.

Goa National High School secured a title resulting 1 gold and 3 silver in boys category while in girls category, 2 gold and 2 silver with its competitors from Goa Science High School and Juan L. Filipino Memorial High School.

The room was filled with applause and screams during each play when an ally scores a goal.

For the male category whereon Goa National High School won the three straight set on Goa Science High School with the score of 11-8, 11-4, 11-6 after it scored 11-13 in the first set.

As a result, GNHS procured the Gold Medal for the final game through its visible dedication and conviction to win the game.

Moreover, in the female category, two of them got a score of 11-8, 11-4, 11-9 and the other 13-11, 12-10, 11-5 with the opposing group, Buyo.

The game was facilitated by the coaches, Mr. Mark Angelo A. Brozas, Mr. Aldwin Vale, and Mrs. Belinda Quelino(also served as grand umpire), their supervision throughout the game among the players turned out to a success.

The Volleyball Tournament of the Municipal Meet 2025 concluded last December 5–6, bringing together secondary schools across Goa, Camarines Sur for two days of highly competitive matches in both the Boys and Girls divisions.

Goa National High School (GNHS) delivered an outstanding performance, with the Volley Chargers and Lady Chargers securing gold medals in their respective categories, reaffirming the school’s dominance in this year’s meet. The much-awaited matches of Municipal Meet School's Basketball Teams of 5x5 male category and 3x3 for male and female category ended this December 5, 2025 on the first day of the Municipal Meet 2025, held at the Covered Court of Barangay Napawon, Goa, Camarines Sur.

After the intense battle, the school of Goa National High School hailed as champion for both 5x5 male category and 3x3 female category, while the same school earned the silver medal for 3x3 male category.

Goa National High School (GNHS) delivered a commanding performance at the Goa District Athletic Meet 2025, captured the 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧 title, and finished the competition with an exceptional medal haul of 8 𝐠𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬, 12 𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬, and 12 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐳𝐞𝐬. The District Chess Meet – Secondary Standard Chess Game was a battle of minds, where skilled students from different districts fought for the top spot, clashed in Taytay, Goa Camarines Sur. Every move was important, with every move carrying weight, making each match a thrilling challenge.

🥇 Kane I. Dizon (GNHS) - Dominating the competition with 4 points overall.

🥈 Antonio P. Collano (GSHS) - A total of 3 points, proving his smart strategy.

🥉 Michael Dave D. Bañaga (GNHS) - 3 points with his precision and board control.

𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 || 𝗚𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗖.𝗨.𝗕.𝗘 𝗦𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿-𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽

A Seminar-Workshop on Mathematical Investigation, themed “Project C.U.B.E: Creating Understanding Beyond Equations,” engaged Goa National High School’s STE students from Grades 7 to 10, as well as STEM Grade 11, on Thursday, November 27, 2025. Held at the GNHS TVL Building in Taytay, Goa, Camarines Sur.

The event began with the Philippine National Anthem led by Ms. Sheila P. Tosoc, followed by the Opening Prayer and Welcome Remarks by Principal Crespin S. Adayo Jr.

The Seminar-Workshop Proper was led by Ms. Maria Linda M. Tres Reyes, the Resource Speaker and a Special Science Teacher from PSHS-BRC, who provided a remarkable understanding for students to appreciate mathematical processes and curiosities.

The program included a presentation of all 220 participants and an energetic intermission performance by the GNHS Math Hataw Dancers. The event was hosted by Masters of Ceremony Sophia Klein J. Buentiempo and Mary Gielyn E. Tianes.

The seminar-workshop concluded with a sense of accomplishment and inspiration, leaving students with a renewed appreciation for mathematics and its applications in understanding the world beyond equations.
