The aspiring leaders from the College of Information and Computing Sciences were elected as officers in the Campus Student Council as of today, May 10, 2024.

During the Grand Rally yesterday, May 09, 2024, the aspiring leaders stood firm and introduced their platforms. Moreover, they shared what they envision and how they can help the studentry.

The mantra: ๐—˜๐˜…๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ, ๐—˜๐˜…๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ, ๐—˜๐˜…๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ is their foundation in running. The leaders swear to expand their projects and programs within the community, as they explore more insights that could enhance the experience of the students like what they experience in their college.

The aspiring leaders who were elected as officers are ๐‰๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ง ๐. ๐€๐›๐ข๐ง๐จ๐ฃ๐š as CSC President. For Senators, ๐‰๐š๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ ๐Š๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐‹. ๐ˆ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ, ๐Š๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ณ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž ๐€๐ง๐ง๐ž ๐‘. ๐†๐จ๐ง๐ณ๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ, ๐‚๐š๐ซ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฅ๐š ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ž ๐‘. ๐‚๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐œ๐š, and ๐•๐ข๐ง๐œ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐‚๐š๐ซ๐ฅ ๐“. ๐‚๐š๐›๐š๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ . Lastly, ๐Š๐š๐ซ๐ฅ ๐‰๐š๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ ๐. ๐ˆ๐ซ๐จ๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐š as CICS Representative in the HOR.

First time in CICS History, from CICS Governor to CSC Senator to CSC President. Ms. Abinoja took courage to walk the rocky path in leading the whole studentry of CSU-G.

On December 14, 2023, staff of the Pix 'N Pencrypt, the Official Student Publication of the College of Information and Computing Sciences, distributed their first special issue to support the End VAWC Campaign to their fellow students in the college.

In collaboration with the Local Government Unit- Gonzaga headed by Hon. Marilyn Pentecostes and Barangay Captain of Sta. Clara- Mr. Louie Savedra, the College of Information and Computing Sciences held a gift-giving activity in Sitio Bagsang, Sta. Clara, Cagayan on December 08, 2023.

The simple program started with a prayer led by Jasper Kent Ines, followed by the singing of National Anthem led by Kriszelle Anne Gonzales. Subsequently, Dr. Richard Ayuyang, the college dean, stated his welcoming remarks that the importance of Christmas is about sharing at showing love to others.

Furthermore, numerous kids were given prizes from winning the games prepared by the Student Council such as Stop dance, Longest line, Bring Me, The Boat is Sinking, Action Relay, and Singing Contest. Simultaneously, grown-ups and some kids were given the time to select and take the clothes they like from the goods brought by the group.

Moreover, on behalf of Mr. Savedra, a representative officer of Sta. Clara gave off his acknowledgment. The program ended with the giving of pack of goods and a picture taking of the community together with the CICS family, the Agta community and the MDRRMO staff.
