It didn’t happen the way you wanted, but it happened the way you needed.

Not everything that breaks your expectations is meant to break you. Sometimes, it’s life quietly redirecting you toward something better, something you couldn’t have forced, rushed, or even imagined for yourself. What didn’t work out may actually be making space for what truly aligns with you.

The redirections, the closed doors, the unexpected endings, they carry lessons that will shape you in ways success alone never could. What didn’t work out may be teaching you patience, resilience, and self-discipline. These lessons, though often learned through discomfort, are the most important of all. Even if you can’t see it yet, trust that there is a purpose in the way things unfolded.

So don’t lose hope just because it didn’t go your way. What’s meant for you won’t pass you by, and what’s ahead may be far more meaningful than what you had planned.

The older I get, the more I realize how much of life isn’t about having everything figured out, but about learning how to keep going even when you don’t. The older I get, the more I understand the value of the quiet things, the peace in letting go, and the strength in choosing yourself. I learned that not everything needs to be chased, forced, or proven. Some things are meant to be felt, appreciated, and allowed to come and go. And growth isn’t always loud or visible, sometimes it’s simply choosing to heal, to forgive, and to start again.

The older I get, the more I learn that life isn’t about perfection, but about meaning. It’s about the lessons, the connections, and the resilience you build along the way. You start to carry yourself differently, because you’ve made it through things you once thought you couldn’t.

Being a Christian doesn’t mean life suddenly becomes sunshine and rainbows.

It doesn’t make us immune to pain, struggles, or moments of weakness. The truth is, we’re not perfect. We stumble. We fail. We get fearful, anxious, and overwhelmed too.

But here’s the difference: we don’t walk through any of it alone.

We may carry the same burdens as everyone else, but we carry them with Jesus. We may face the same battles, but we don’t fight them in our own strength.

This is an encouragement to every Christian who’s being too hard on themselves. We’re not called to be perfect or to impress people—we’re called to witness how God’s grace rescues imperfect people like us.

So how should we respond? With humility.

Acknowledge your brokenness. Reject self-righteousness. Remember that at the end of the day, we all depend on the same grace, the same forgiveness, the same Savior.

I’m grateful we have a faithful God—fighting for us, walking with us, patient with us, and shaping us every step of the way until we become more like Christ, transformed into His image ā˜šŸ»šŸ™‡šŸ»

If it’s God’s will, it will happen.

When something is meant for you, God aligns every detail, not always instantly, not always in the way you expect, but always with purpose.

He gives you peace in the waiting, strength in the uncertainty, and clarity when the time is right.

Sometimes the path looks unclear… sometimes the doors stay closed… but if it’s His will, no one and nothing can stop what He has prepared for you.

And if it’s not His will, He redirects you toward something better, something that fits His perfect plan.

So keep trusting Him, even when things don’t make sense.

His timing is never late, and His plans are always worth the wait šŸ™‡šŸ»ā˜šŸ»

teaching myself... šŸ„€

19/03/2026

One day I hope my daughter looks back and thinks to herself, ā€œno matter how many times life tried to break my mom, she always got back up and carried on for me."

And I hope she always finds her own strength in that.

That's the kind of legacy I want to leave for her — a legacy of resilience, of determination, and of unwavering love.

I want her to know that no matter what life throws her way, she can rise above it, just like her mom did.

I want her to know that she's capable of overcoming anything, as long as she remembers that she's loved, she's strong, and she's enough.

I want her to look back on her childhood and remember the laughter, the adventures, and the quiet moments we shared.

I want her to remember the times I held her hand, wiped away her tears, and told her everything would be okay.

And most of all, I want her to know that I'll always be there for her, cheering her on, supporting her, and loving her with every piece of my heart.
