Sweet, soft, and cloud-like ✨😋
•300g Bread Flour
•5g instant yeast
•50g sugar
•70g warm water
•100g warm milk
•1 large egg
•30g Softened Buter
•5g Salt
•Powdered Sugar
•Oil for frying
•Mix flour and yeast in a bowl.
•Add warm milk, warm water, egg, sugar, softened butter, and salt. Stir to form a dough.
•Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic
•Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
•Punch down the dough to remove air.
•Roll out on a floured surface to a 1/3” thick rectangle. Cut into 16 pieces.
•Dust lightly with flour, cover, and rest for 20 minutes.
•Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
•Dust with powdered sugar while hot.
