Isang Low Pressure Area (LPA) ang namataan sa 675 km Silangan ng Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Patuloy ding umiiral ang Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) sa mga kanlurang bahagi ng Southern Luzon, Visayas, at hilagang bahagi ng Mindanao.
FORECAST NG PANAHON:
Asahan ang maulap na papawirin na may kalat-kalat na pag-ulan at thunderstorms sa mga sumusunod na lugar, na may banta ng flash floods o landslides:
* Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Aurora, Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Quezon, at Rizal (dulot ng LPA)
* Metro Manila, MIMAROPA, Zamboanga Peninsula, nalalabing bahagi ng Luzon at Visayas (dulot ng Habagat)
Kondisyon ng Hangin at Karagatan:
* Kanlurang bahagi ng Luzon: Katamtamang hangin, katamtamang alon.
* Nalalabing bahagi ng bansa: Mahina hanggang katamtamang hangin, bahagya hanggang katamtamang alon.

SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available at 675 km East of Borongan City, Eastern Samar (12.5ยฐN, 131.6ยฐE). Southwest Monsoon affecting the western sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas and the Northern section of Mindanao.
