📍 Venue: 2nd Floor, Municipal Building, Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur

Qualifications:
✅ Bonafide resident of Guipos, Zamboanga del Sur (or with filial roots here)
✅ Natural-born female, single, never married, never pregnant
✅ 15 to 21 years old on or before pageant date
✅ At least 5’2” in height (without footwear)
✅ Possesses good moral character, charm, and confidence
