Sumala han Visayas PAGASA Regional Services Division (Visayas PRSD), an ginpakusog nga Habagat in posible makagdurot hin mahinay ngadto hin sakto la, panalagsaay makusog, nga mga pag-uran dinhe ha Eastern Samar ha sakob hin 2–3 ka oras.
