Sa pagdiriwang ng National Heroes Day, ating alalahanin at pasalamatan ang mga bayaning nag-alay ng kanilang buhay, tapang, at serbisyo para sa ating bayan.

Ang kabayanihan ay hindi lamang nasusukat sa malalaking sakripisyo. Minsan, makikita ito sa simpleng pagtulong, pag-aalaga, pagiging tapat sa tungkulin, at patuloy na paglilingkod sa kapwa. ❤️

Bilang mga health workers, dala natin ang inspirasyon ng ating mga bayani sa bawat pasyenteng inaalagaan, bawat pamilyang tinutulungan, at bawat serbisyong buong puso nating ibinibigay. 🩺

Sa bawat nurse, midwife, doctor, medical technologist, dentist, pharmacist, community health worker, barangay health worker, at health volunteer—maraming salamat sa inyong malasakit, sakripisyo, at walang sawang paglilingkod.

Ang bayani ay naglilingkod sa bayan. 🇵🇭

Hindi man lahat ay may medalya o monumento, ang bawat buhay na ating natutulungan ay patunay ng ating kabayanihan.

Grateful and blessed for an amazing 2-day event filled with learning, service, collaboration, and meaningful experiences. 🙏✨

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be part of Ngiting Bulilit 3-20, a wonderful collaboration between the Philippine Pediatric Dental Society, Inc. and the Philippine Dental Association – Bataan Chapter. 🦷💙

I am also truly grateful for the opportunity to serve as Coordinator for the Emergency Management and Community Engagement (EMCE) Program, a program supported by the U.S. Government and the AHA behavioral Design.

Being an Epidemiology and Surveillance Coordinator and Health Education and Promotion Officer continues to enhance my skills and, more importantly, yumaman ang aking kaalaman through every training, activity, and experience. 📚❤️

A heartfelt THANK YOU to the Municipal Health Office of Hermosa and the LGU of Hermosa for the trust and confidence. 🙏

Akala ko simpleng pag-host lang… pero habang tumatagal, kailangan pala sabay-sabay mong isipin ang program flow, participants, speakers, technical concerns, oras, at higit sa lahat—kung okay ba ang connection! 😂
Thank you always sa Kay Rodora Czarina A. Atanacio na kasama ko sa programang ito.

Pero kahit may konting kaba at pressure, worth it lahat dahil naging matagumpay ang ating Community Emergency Communication and Feedback Network Launch. 💚

Ang activity na ito ay bahagi ng Evidence-Based Public Health Messaging and Community Engagement (EMCE) Component ng Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control–Global Health Security (EpiC-GHS) Project, sa pamamagitan ng AHA! Behavioral Design, katuwang ang DOH, FHI 360, at United States of America.

Maraming salamat sa patuloy na suporta ng ating Mayora Anne Lorraine C. Adorable-Inton, Konsehala on Health Gelly Grace B. Santos at sa aming Municipal Health Officer Dr Warren Valencia sa pagsusulong ng mga programang pangkalusugan. 💚

Ito pa lamang ang simula. May mga susunod pang programa at aktibidad para mas mapalakas ang ating communication network, health information sharing, feedback mechanism, at emergency response.

Mahirap maging host, pero mas fulfilling kapag alam mong ang ginagawa mo ay para sa kalusugan at kaligtasan ng bawat Hermoseño. 💚

Isang komunidad. Isang layunin. Isang matibay na network para sa kalusugan at kaligtasan.

𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗬𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼 | ✨ My Journey to Simple Consecration ✨

"One in mind and one in heart on the way to God." (Anima una et cor unum in Deum.)

On July 4, 2026, I was blessed to take part in the Rites of Simple Consecration to the Augustinian Family at the Diocesan Shrine and Parish of the Divine Mercy (Monte Piedad), Abucay, Bataan. The Solemn Eucharistic Celebration was presided over by Rev. Fr. Marlon Apat, OADS, Provincial Director for the Secular Discalced Fraternity–Luzon, with Rev. Fr. Anthony Sibug, Rector and Chapter Spiritual Director, and was graced by the presence of Sor Grace Gomez, OADS, Sister General of the Lay Discalced Augustinians.

Inspired by the life and message of St. Rita of Cascia, the saint of the impossible, I continue to embrace faith, perseverance, and trust in God's perfect will. “Nothing is impossible when we place our hearts completely in God.” My heart was filled with joy and gratitude as I renewed my commitment to serve the Lord with love, humility, and gladness, always striving to be one in mind and one in heart on the way to God. 🤍🌹🙏

𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗬𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼 | Another Accreditation Done! 🐾💙

After months of preparation, teamwork, and dedication, we are proud to share that we successfully completed the Accreditation and Assessment for our Animal Bite Program.

This milestone would not have been possible without the unwavering commitment of our team: Nurse Lorraine Acena, Record Officer De Guzman, Pharmacist Janella Saguibo, our Municipal Health Officer Dr. Warren Valencia, and myself, Nurse Yanne. We made it! We passed the Accreditation with the score of 62/62.

Our heartfelt gratitude to the DOH Central Luzon Central Luzon Center for Health Development headed by Joseph Michael Manlutac, PS-SML, PhD, MPH, RN, FRIN, FRSPH, for the guidance and support throughout the process. Thank you as well to our DOH Bataan representatives and most especially to our Animal Bite Program Bataan Provincial Health Office Coordinator, Ma'am Berna Rodrigo Manahan Manahan, for your invaluable assistance and encouragement.

To our beloved Mayora Anne, thank you for continuously supporting health programs that benefit our community.

And most especially, although our dear friend Nurse Kath Tungol was not with us physically, we know she was with us in spirit throughout the validation process. We felt her guidance, dedication, and love for this program every step of the way. The Animal Bite Program was truly close to her heart, not only because she was the program coordinator, but also because she was a pet lover.

Today, as we celebrate this achievement, we also honor her legacy. In remembrance of Nurse Kath, we created an IEC material dedicated to her passion and commitment to the Animal Bite Program.
