Behind every success of a student is a teacher who guided them through and never gave up on them. They may only be a teacher in the eyes of many, but they are a teacher who teaches students how to be respectful and shape their minds to grow, think, and believe in their selves.

"Not all heroes wear capes," sometimes they are the one who holds chalk, book, and the knowledge to share to learners who's eager to learn and explore.

Binubuo ng College of Business Administration and Public Accountancy (CBAPA) at College of Tourism and Hospitality Management (CTHM) ang Cluster 1; College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), College of Engineering (COE), at College of Criminal Justice (CCJ) ang Cluster 2; habang kabilang naman sa Cluster 3 ang College of Computing and Information Technology (CCIT) at College of Information Technology (CIT).

Samantala, kabilang sa Cluster 4 ang College of Teachers Education (CTE), Junior High School (JHS), at College of Nursing (CON).

β€œSa ating mga performers and artists, you too have hope to reach this moment. Every song, dance, performance, spoke art piece, and work of art carries a part of who we are.

β€œMay the President's Cup strengthen our bonds across campuses. May the Ramonian showcase deepen our appreciation of language, culture, and arts. As we begin, let us carry both goals together. One campus, one fight, one future, and a Ramonian identity brought to life through action.”

β€œAt ngayon bilang pang ulo ng pamantasan, with great pride and excitement, I officially declare 4th PRMSU President's Cup and the Culture and Arts Ramonian Showcase begin.”
