Achieving 100% compliance refers specifically to adherence to the submission requirements outlined for the DILG, Youth Center, and SK Monitoring System. This includes timely and accurate submission of all necessary documents and reports to these entities as stipulated in their guidelines.

The SK Federation - City of Ilagan headed by SK Fed President Ej Nebalasca officially opened the Linggo ng Kabataang Ilagueño Celebration 2024 with a Thanksgiving Mass held at the St. Elizabeth of Portugal Parish in Sta. Isabel Sur, City of Ilagan.

City Councilor Jayve Diaz BOD for Ilagan Association of Women Mrs. Trisha Marie Astadan-Diaz, Members of the Ilagan Interfraternity Council, Ilagan Youth Development Office, and the 91 Strong SK Chairpersons of the City of Ilagan joined together in the celebration of the holy Eucharist - showcasing unity and friendship amongst youth leaders Ilagan.
