Do what you can and let that be enough. Why demand perfection in areas you're not naturally skilled in? Be kind to yourself.

Healing is not always visible. Be kind—you may not see the battle someone is fighting.

🚴‍♂️Rebuilding mobility takes the right tools.
The cycle ergometer is a cornerstone of neuro-rehabilitation because it adapts perfectly to your current strength level.

👉Symmetry training: Helps balance muscle strength if one side of the body is weaker.

👉Cardio support: Boosts heart health and endurance safely without any risk of falls.

👉Custom resistance: Starts ultra-light and scales up as your muscles wake back up.

Progress is measured in small, daily victories. This machine helps us track those victories mathematically.

🥗 Healthy eating after stroke does not have to be expensive or complicated.

A Mediterranean-style meal can be made using ingredients commonly found in our local markets here in the Philippines and Bukidnon—such as bangus, tilapia, monggo, malunggay, camote, adlai, vegetables, and calamansi. 💚

This meal guide offers practical lunch and dinner ideas that are:

✅ Low in salt
✅ Rich in vegetables and fiber
✅ Focused on fish, lean chicken, tofu, and legumes
✅ Supportive of heart and blood vessel health
✅ Easy to adapt using locally available ingredients

Small changes matter: choose fresh food, lessen patis, bagoong, broth cubes, processed meat, and commercial seasonings, and use calamansi, garlic, herbs, pepper, and tomatoes for added flavor.

Remember, there is no single “perfect” meal. The goal is consistency, balance, proper portions, regular movement, and taking your prescribed medications.

Please follow the dietary advice of your attending physician or registered nutritionist, especially if you have diabetes, kidney disease, high cholesterol, or other medical conditions.

💚 Save this guide, share it with your family, and let us make healthy eating more practical and enjoyable.

🩺 Alam mo ba?

Remember: Good healthcare works best when the patient and healthcare team work together. 💙

Be informed. Ask questions. Speak up. Your health matters.

Alam mo ba?

Magpa-check up regularly. Tandaan, maagang aksyon = buhay na mas mahaba. ❤️
