As part of St. Michael's College of Iligan Inc. Basic Education Department's Guidance Office initiative for Su***de Prevention Month, students gathered on October 1, 2025, for a reflective morning session where each student held a sheet of paper divided into two halves: the left side for gratitude to be nurtured, and the right side for lifeโ€™s aches to be let go. In writing, they honored blessings that brought light and peace, while also bravely releasing the burdens that weighed on their hearts.

With gentle guidance and affirmations of kindness, the session culminated in a symbolic burning of the โ€œletting goโ€ pages, an act of surrender that turned heaviness into healing. Through this shared ritual, spirits were renewed and hearts opened with hope as the community prepared for the Prayer Brigade that followed.
