Proverbs 4:23 says: guard your heart, kay everything you do flows from it.
What you allow in your thoughts will affect your emotions, decisions, and direction.

Kung negative thoughts muingon nga “dili ka enough,” remember what God says:
You are chosen, loved, redeemed, and never alone.

2 Corinthians 10:5 reminds us to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ. If it doesn’t align with God’s truth, it doesn’t belong in your mind.

When anxiety whispers 👉pray.
When doubt speaks 👉declare God’s promises.
When fear rises👉stand in faith.

Your mind is a battlefield, but God already gave you the armor.
Fill your thoughts with His Word, and let His truth be louder than your fears.
