Naglabas ng opisyal na pahayag si Harold Duterte ng PPP Partylist kaugnay sa naging desisyon ng House Committee on Justice na may probable cause laban kay Sara Duterte.

Ayon kay Rep. Duterte, ang naging resulta ay isang predetermined outcome at hindi na umano ito nakakagulat, dahil matagal na raw nila itong inaasahan.

Binigyang-diin din niya na sa panahon kung kailan pabago-bago ang presyo ng langis at gasolina, at humihina ang piso laban sa dolyar, malinaw umanong hindi ito ang dapat na pangunahing prayoridad ng administrasyon.

Sa halip na ituon ang lakas ng pamahalaan sa pagbawi ng ninakaw na yaman, pagpapakulong sa mga tiwali, at pagpapabuti ng serbisyong pampubliko, iginiit niya na ginagamit ang limitadong resources upang targetin at pahinain ang oposisyon.

Dagdag pa ni Rep. Duterte, handa na umano sila sa susunod na mga hakbang—handa sa darating na Lunes, handa sa anumang susunod na mangyayari, at handa ring dalhin ang laban hanggang 2028 at higit pa.

Sa kabila ng mga hamon, tiniyak niyang magpapatuloy ang kanilang serbisyo hangga’t patuloy ang suporta ng sambayanang Pilipino, anuman ang political pressure o kakulangan sa pondo.

She injured her own finger just to send a life-saving message. 🥺

A woman named Zhou was cleaning a guesthouse in Leshan, Sichuan (China), when she accidentally got locked inside a bedroom without her phone. Due to a faulty lock, the door couldn’t be opened from the inside.

She had no food, and there was no restroom in the room on the sixth floor. She tried signaling for help by hanging a red suit out the window and dropping foam boards, but no one noticed. 😢

After nearly 30 hours without anything to eat or drink, weak and desperate, she hurt her finger and used it to write “110” and “625” on a pillow as a last attempt to call for help. (110 is China’s emergency number, and 625 was her room number.)

She then threw the pillow out of the window. By chance, it landed near a delivery driver named Zhang Kun, who understood the situation and immediately contacted the police. 🙌🏻

Authorities arrived and broke open the door, rescuing her. Later, Zhou thanked the officers, and Zhang was rewarded 3,000 yuan ($419) for his quick action. 🙏🏻
