🎉 A big thank you to everyone who made Antique CosCon 2023 a huge success! 🎉
First of all, a huge thank you to Robinsons Antique for partnering with us and providing such an amazing venue and setup. A HUGE shout out to Miss Jill from Marketing, Sir Juancho, Sir Jhay, and the entire housekeeping and sound staff who made sure that all the equipment needed for the stage, event hall, merchants booths, exhibitors area, and sounds were set up properly. Your generosity, thoughtfulness, and support made the event even more memorable.
We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to our sponsors, EAThan and The Anime Scholastic whose generosity made the event a reality. A special shout out as well to Gwen Deri for sponsoring a collectible figure as a game prize. Our sincere thanks go out to them for their invaluable support.
The support from our respected vendors, Kitchenamit by Rane - Antique, Pixie Hollow, and Team WIP, is truly valued and cherished. Their valuable contributions and merchandise played a significant role in enriching the liveliness of the event. We express sincere gratitude for their patience and unwavering commitment. We look forward to further collaborations with them in future endeavors, as their participation was crucial in ensuring the success of this event. We would like to extend our sincerest apologies to the merchants and artists who were unable to be accommodated due to the insufficient number of tables available.
We also extend our gratitude to C.C., Hanna, and Tey, who traveled a long way to participate in the cosplay competition as judges. Their knowledge and professionalism were instrumental in the success of the event, and we are grateful for their patience, keen eyes, and contribution.
We show our heartfelt appreciation and acknowledgment to Sir Mic, Sir Dan, Sir Nardz, and Sir Raymund for graciously showcasing their cherished and exceptional collections. Their valuable contributions brought an enhanced level of excitement and diversity to the event, enriching the overall experience for attendees. We express our gratitude for their participation. Regarding the ongoing investigation surrounding the figure, we remain committed to resolving the matter diligently and in a timely manner, with the aim of achieving a satisfactory outcome.
Our gratitude goes out to our partner photographers, Luna Photography and SACHS Photography Club for skillfully capturing the most memorable moments of the event. Your photographs will be treasured by all those who were in attendance, serving as cherished mementos of the occasion.
A special shoutout to Kollor Yellow for their outstanding contribution to the Mall Parade & Fun Ramp Tarp, as well as for providing us with high-quality ID cards. Their exceptional work and attention to detail deserve our heartfelt appreciation.
We would like to express our appreciation for the immense talent and captivating entertainment provided by the diverse array of intermission performances. The dynamic and exhilarating JC Painaga & Sarkie, the charismatic Buppell, and the rhythmic Pemjie all contributed to the vibrant atmosphere of the event. We are grateful for their willingness to share their talents and for their flexibility with regard to timing.
A tremendous and exceptional shoutout goes out to Team WIP and the Kosudachi Events Heads- Tey, Cham, Dee, and Artha for spearheading and providing their invaluable assistance during the ingress phase, which played a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless setup of the booths and of the event. Their support and dedication were instrumental.
The dedication and tireless efforts of the incredible CosCon team and organizers were invaluable in creating an unforgettable event. We truly appreciate the hard work put in by Kon, for creating the logo and their all-around pre-event and backstage presence. John and Lie for their technical and backstage assistance. Cholo, Guix, Vince, Nicole, Mi, and Rigel, whose readiness, exceptional crowd interaction, and emcee abilities added an extra level of excitement to the proceedings.
To all the CosCon volunteers who spent their resources and time under the sweltering heat of the sun in cosplay garments handing out flyers, your efforts are recognized and have surely paid off. Without your contributions, the event would not have been as populated and memorable.
And of course, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the contestants, cosplayers (especially those who traveled from other provinces), game participants, and enthusiasts who wholeheartedly joined the first Cosplay Convention in Antique. Your presence and enthusiasm are truly appreciated, and we are incredibly grateful for your support.
