Here's a recipe for Pork Mechado with a spicy twist:

Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork shoulder or belly, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup liver spread (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup pork broth
- 1/2 cup liver spread (optional)
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1-2 tsp chili flakes or sili (for heat)
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Marinate pork in vinegar, soy sauce, garlic for 30 mins.
2. Fry pork until browned.
3. Add onion, tomato sauce, pork broth, liver spread (if using), black pepper, chili flakes. Simmer until pork is tender.
4. Season with salt.

Serve with steamed rice!

Pork Adobo recipe:

Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:
1. Marinate pork in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic for 30 mins.

3. Add marinade, water, bay leaf. Simmer until pork is tender.
