The name Drinking Nose has a special meaning, from the word Nose (Knows) - it is like you learn from it or getting details/information on a specific matter.
Nose meaning like our sense of smell we try to find that aroma of a food, drinks, etc. Like me i go on a journey to search on of the Best Local Shops in each Area in Iloilo City that i can find and what i heard from social recommendations or a word of mouth.
I do support local and promote; cause i believe on their products and store that have potential to be one of the best that Iloilo has to offer, without them we could not enjoy good quality of foods, hospitality of Ilonggos, memories that will treasure.
I’m a former Barista in Abroad and also here in my hometown. And I have a drive and passion in coffee, milktea, frappes, and other fruit based drinks on how to prepare with standards, present with a courtesy, and serve with a smile on your customers face with their drinks.
I want to share my product related knowledge, my opinion on my experience, details on their product, review on their quality, taste, budget, service, ambiance, packaging, etc.
And my mission is to promote local beverage shops to influence others to try our own local businesses. To give credit and special appreciation to the Baristas for their hard work and their craft.
