PUBLIC ADVISORY: TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
(CONSTRUCTION OF AGANAN FLYOVER)
As part of the on-going construction of Aganan Flyover, the intersection along Sen. Benigno S. Aquino, Jr. Avenue and Felix Gorriceta Avenue in Brgy. Aganan, Pavia, Iloilo, will be temporarily closed to vehicular traffic on February 28, 2022 (Monday) until further notice, for the construction of concrete box girder at Pier 6 and Pier 7.
Light vehicles passing through Felix Gorriceta Avenue from Pavia Plaza to Bga. Singko (Pavia), and vice versa, are advised to use the dedicated U-turn slots.
Big trucks from Sta. Barbara to Iloilo City (Jaro Plaza), and vice versa, may pass through:
• Pavia (Carlitos) – Pavia Plaza – Brgy. Anilao (Pavia) – Brgy. Tacas (Jaro) – Brgy. Quintin Salas (Jaro) – Jaro Plaza;
• Pavia (Carlitos) – Pavia Plaza – Brgy. Anilao (Pavia) – Iloilo Circumferential Road – Ungka Flyover – Jaro Plaza
• Taft Street (Sta. Barbara) – Brgy. Agutayan (Sta. Barbara) – Brgy. Cabugao Norte (Pavia) – Brgy. Tigum (Pavia) – Brgy. Pagsangaan (Pavia) – Brgy Tacas (Jaro) – Brgy. Quintin Salas (Jaro) – Jaro Plaza
Big trucks from Sta. Barbara to San Miguel, and vice versa, may pass through Taft Street (Sta. Barbara) – Brgy. Agutayan (Sta. Barbara) – Brgy. Cabugao Norte (Pavia) – Brgy. Tigum (Pavia) – Brgy. Pagsangaan (Pavia) – Brgy. Tacas (Jaro) – Iloilo Circumferential Road – San Miguel
