Position Overview: As a Real Estate Deal Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing potential real estate deals, performing initial due diligence, and presenting vetted opportunities. You’ll work directly with leadership, applying a set of established criteria to identify and advance only the best opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, experience in real estate transactions, and the ability to assess risks and financial returns accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and analyze potential real estate deals.
2. Conduct initial due diligence, ensuring compliance with set criteria.
3. Present deals to leadership that meet our investment criteria.
4. Collaborate closely with management to refine and enhance deal evaluation standards.
5. Complete a Applicant Survey as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications:
1. Significant experience in real estate, ideally with a background in deal analysis and due diligence.
2. Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling.
3. Knowledge of market research, risk assessment, and return-on-investment analysis.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
