1 can (20 oz / 567 g) crushed pineapple, well-drained
1 cup heavy cream or all-purpose cream (chilled)
Β½ cup sweetened condensed milk (adjust to taste)
1 cup mini marshmallows
Β½ cup dried coconut flakes (toasted if desired)
Β½ cup chopped nuts (cashew, walnut, or peanut)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1. Drain the pineapple well
Press out excess juice to avoid a watery salad.
2. Whip the cream
Whip chilled cream until light and fluffy.
3. Sweeten
Gently fold in condensed milk and vanilla.
4. Combine
Fold in pineapple and marshmallows until evenly mixed.
5. Chill
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour to set.
6. Top & Serve
Sprinkle with dried coconut and chopped nuts before serving.
