Had no idea that Nestlé paid over $7 billion for the rights to sell Starbucks-branded coffee in supermarkets and retail. Basically everything outside the actual Starbucks cafés.
This created the line known as Starbucks at Home. Genius move for Nestle. Instead of competing with Starbucks, they partnered and extended their reach further into a category they otherwise wouldn't have entered.
