Adobong Kangkong Made Better with Latik! ๐Ÿฅฅ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ

Instead of just adding gata, we reduced coconut cream until it formed latik and coconut oil. Then we cooked the aromatics and kangkong in that coconut oil for a deeper, nuttier flavor.
