📌This is my first psycho thriller and my first Freida McFadden book so I don’t have any expectations.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5

I saw the hype on tiktok and I saw the reviews as well. This is my first psycho thriller book and I was hooked right away. I got lots of notes blaming this and that and reactions mostly 😳😱🤯😮😲. This is an easy read for me. And I love easy reads. And maybe because the book will have its movie adaptation, I already have characters playing in my mind. I’m a big fan of Amanda Seyfried and I can’t wait to see her on the big screen again🥹

I think if you’re new to this kind of genre, this book is the best read for you. Though the story has a lot of plot twists😅 I just love the book. I can’t wait to read The Housemaid’s Secret😍 This book made me realize that I love thriller genres too.

Olive and Adam tried to convince everyone around them they are in love. But while convincing everyone, they forget that their feelings are supposed to be fake.

📌This is my first Ali Hazelwood book so I don’t have any expectations.

As a fan of Korean Dramas this book is too cheesy for me. Though I think this is a good recommendation to readers who are newbie to romance trope. But as someone from the healthcare team, this book was a breath of fresh air. I kinda think the plot was very predictable and sometimes Olive gets so annoying. I’m just tired of the misunderstandings and communication fillers🥹

QOTD: I read this book back in 2022 over the pandemic and now it’s going to be a movie! Wow! Are you excited for the movie adaptation?

Okay! First of all, I didn’t expect the intensity of the the spicyness🥵 I mean, the cover is about daisies y’all🤣

This is my first Lucy Score read so I didn’t have any expectations nor standards while reading. I had so many tabs in this book. Lines were beautifully written. I cried especially on the Epilogue part😭

If you got bored in the first few chapters because Naomi is just too much sunshine for you, I feel you. But please be patient. Got my notes after chapter 15.

Most of us are also Naomi. Selfless. Always putting ourselves last. This book will remind that sometimes it’s okay to put ourselves first. To be happy without feeling the guilt. It’s okay to be selfish sometimes.

Knox on the other hand is well HOT. Can’t blame him for being so grumpy and all that. I just like the fact that he will do anything for Naomi. Like everything. But at the back of my mind, isn’t he controlling and does have anger issues too?

Off to my 2nd book: Things We Hide From The Light
