3. **Heat the Oil**
In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

4. **Cook the Beef**
Once the oil is hot, add the marinated beef in a single layer. Sear for about 2-3 minutes until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.

5. **Sauté the Aromatics**
