Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 (8 oz) tube refrigerated crescent dough or pizza dough

3 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft. Drain excess grease.

Stir in minced garlic, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Cook for 2 more minutes, then remove from heat.

Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles (or use pre-cut crescent triangles).

Spoon the beef mixture onto each piece of dough and sprinkle with shredded cheddar.

Roll each piece up tightly, pinching the seams to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Carne Asada Marinade

Ingredients:

1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

In a bowl or resealable bag, whisk together all ingredients until well combined.

Add 1–2 lbs of flank or skirt steak, ensuring it's fully coated.

Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.

Remove from marinade, grill to desired doneness, and slice against the grain.

🥩🦐 Luxury Surf & Turf with Lamb Chops & Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients:

For the Lamb Chops
4 lamb chops
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
For the Shrimp
8 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp lemon juice
Fresh parsley, chopped
For the Rice Pilaf
1½ cups basmati rice
2 tbsp butter or olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
½ tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp ground cumin
3 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
Salt and pepper to taste
For Garnish
Fresh rosemary sprigs
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Rice Pilaf – Rinse rice until water runs clear. In a pot, melt butter, sauté onion and bell pepper until soft. Stir in turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add rice, toast 1–2 minutes, then pour in broth. Cover and simmer 15–18 minutes until fluffy and golden.

Lamb Chops – Rub chops with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Grill or sear over medium-high heat 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to preference. Rest 5 minutes.

Shrimp – Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, add shrimp, paprika, salt, and lemon juice. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and coated in garlic butter.

- Chicken pieces (bite-sized)
- Bell peppers (any color, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- Onions (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- Pineapple chunks
- Skewers


Directions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, and pineapple juice to make a sweet and tangy marinade.

2. Cut the chicken, bell peppers, and onions into bite-sized pieces so they grill evenly.

Three Cheese Alfredo Chicken Spaghetti with Cajun Velveeta Sauce .

Ingredients:

12 oz (340 g) spaghetti

2 tbsp olive oil

1 ½ lbs (680 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

2 tsp Cajun seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 cups whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, then sauté for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 inch (2.5 cm) piece of ginger, grated
1 bunch bok choy, chopped
1 red bell pepper, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
2 green onions, sliced
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Prepare the ingredients: peel and devein the shrimp, chop the bok choy and red bell pepper, mince the garlic, grate the ginger, and slice the green onions.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
