Kamaong Bato Pilipinas - Nationwide KAMAONG BATO PILIPINAS a organization staunchly anchored our advocacy to campaign for the dissemination of the beneficial attributes of FEDERALISM.

To support to our President RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE in this historical moment of our country. President Rodrigo R. Duterte envisioned the transformation of the current Presidential form of government and changing it into a Federal system whereby all member states shall enjoy full local autonomy. The PDP LABAN political institute posted an initial draft of the proposed Federal System of government wher

ein the structure of governance was explained. The clear-cut intention of the President finds basis in the slow delivery of basic services to the country side. Adding to this dilemma were the prevalent corrupt practices of the people's representatives in the Congress in the implementation of projects supposedly design to uplift the economic and social status of their constituents. At the outset a change in government from Presidential to Federal form will ensure the country side or an identified state of a big share in their taxes which they can freely spend for their projects without need of remitting it to the national government and waiting for their congressional representatives to bring home the budget for the same. This way poverty alleviation is the imminent result as the federal state can adequately take care of their own local problems easily and immediately considering that they have sufficient funds readily available. In support of this noble objective of the President of the Republic of the Philippines the KAMAONG BATO PILIPINAS 1st District of Iloilo Oton Chapter organization was created with the well-meaning commitment to propagate the dynamics of "FEDERALISM" at the grassroots level of our community. We at KAMAONG BATO PILIPINAS 1st District of Iloilo Oton Chapter organization therefore staunchly anchored our advocacy to campaign for the dissemination of the beneficial attributes of FEDERALISM in our assigned areas and thus invite members in the process who will assist us in MOVING FORWARD as an express gesture of solid support to our President RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE in this historical moment of our country.

Mahigit 40 alkade ang nanawagan ng full transparency, accountability, at hustisya sa isyu sa umano'y anomalya sa flood control projects ng pamahalaan.

Pinangunahan nina Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto, Baguio City Mayor Benjie Magalong, Isabela City, Basilan Mayor Sitti Hataman, at Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte ang grupo.

"We, as public servants, demand from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and all concerned national government agencies the immediate and full disclosure of all project details... most urgently the names of contractors and politicians responsible for these multi-billion peso projects funded by our taxpayers," saad nila.
