𝗟𝗣𝗡𝗛𝗦 𝗦𝗛𝗦 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗔𝗚𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

On March 21, 2025, learners from the Senior High School Department showcased their research skills during the 2025 Division AGHAMazing competition, an on-the-spot, three-hour research writing challenge. Their hard work and dedication earned them 4th place in the competition.

The La Paz National High School - Supreme Secondary Learner Government has been accredited as a Campus Integrity Crusaders (CIC) Program Partner by the Office of the Ombudsman. This recognition was received by SSLG President Trisha Andrea Formacion and advisers Sir Louie Ballescas and Sir John Christopher Vergara during the awarding ceremony held at the Office of the Ombudsman, CAP Building, Gen. Luna Street, Iloilo City, on March 17, 2025.

This milestone highlights the SSLG’s commitment to fostering leadership grounded in integrity, transparency, and accountability. By upholding these values, the organization continues to contribute to ethical governance and positive change within the school and the broader community.

Continuing her legacy of leadership, 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻 has been re-elected as the 𝗜𝗹𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗦𝗟𝗚 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 for the 2025-2026 term during the Division Federated SSLG Election held on March 12, 2025, at Iloilo Central Elementary School. Competing alongside 17 SSLG Presidents from various schools in the Division of Iloilo City, she once again earned the trust and confidence of her fellow student leaders to serve in this vital role.

Before this achievement, Trisha was also re-elected as the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) President of La Paz National High School for the second consecutive term, solidifying her influence and dedication to student governance both within her school and across the division. Her continued leadership reflects her commitment to empowering student voices and fostering positive change.

On March 11 and 13, 2025, the Grade 10 students showcased their exceptional writing and speaking prowess during the English Month Celebration at La Paz National High School's SEF Building. Competing in the Essay Writing and Extemporaneous Speaking Contests, they proved their undeniable talent and eloquence.

𝙇𝙖 𝙋𝙖𝙯 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙀𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙨 𝙎𝙎𝙇𝙂 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝘼𝙣𝙚𝙬

On January 27, 2025, the La Paz National High School - Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) officially announced the newly elected officers for the school year 2025-2026. This came after a five-day room-to-room campaign by the aspiring student leaders. Votes were casted per room for the two parties—TNK and LAKBAY—alongside two independent candidates.

Tribu Paghidaet clinches victory in the 2025 Dinagyang Tribes competition, restoring their reign as the champion after several years of continued determination.

The tribe's captivating choreography and music, intricate costumes, and impeccable performance articulated a beautifully crafted narrative of Ilonggos' culture and devotion to Sto. Niño that left spectators in awe.

Every drumbeat and every step echoed determination, dedication, passion, and the enduring hearts of the champions of La Paz National High School.

On October 30, 2024, our distinguished teachers and school head received well-deserved recognition during the Bugal 2024 Awarding Ceremony held by the Schools Division of Iloilo City at the Iloilo Grand Hotel.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Salvador M. Besares, Principal IV, awarded as Outstanding School Head at the secondary level; Sir Paul J. Silva, Master Teacher II, awarded as Outstanding Master Teacher at the secondary level; and Ma'am Rutchel J.
