IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please follow these rules and policies:

1. Image Submission: Please send high-quality, unblurred, and unedited pictures to our Gmail ✅account: [email protected].

2. Tarpaulin Details: Submit the details of your tarpaulin via Facebook or Gmail, including:
- Name
- Birthday
- Age
- Motif
- Size (choose from: 2x3, 3x4, 4x5, 4x6, or 4x8 feet)
3. Payment Method: Payment must be made through Gcash to the number: 09165755233.

4. Payment Terms: Payment is required before starting the layout design to avoid cancellation.
Please note that once payment is made, the order will be processed accordingly.

5. Cancellation Policy: No cancellations will be allowed once the layout and printing process has started, and payment has been made.

6. Design Finalization: We will send the edited layout or final design to you for review and approval before printing.

7. Pick-up Preparation Time: Please allow 2-3 days for preparation and securing of the tarpaulin before pick-up.

8. Business Hours: We are available on weekdays. Sundays are closed, and Saturday and Sunday are reserved for pick-ups only (available on Monday-Tuesday morning or afternoon)

9. Pick-up Location: VLDEFI Compound, Salcedo Street, Poblacion, Concepcion (Green Gate, beside Concepcion Gymnasium).
