Bang Bang Chicken

ingredients:

1/2 kg chicken breast
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp five spice

Feel free to use your preferred or available spices

Sauce
Kewpie Mayo
Siracha ketchup
Hot sauce
Sweet chili sauce

Just adjust the sauce to your taste 🙂

Fusilli Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:

1 tbsp olive oil or any oil for frying
1/2 kg chicken breast cut in cubes or strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 white onion
1 can sh*take mushrooms
3 cloves garlic
2 cups cream + 2 cups milk
1 broccoli floret
1 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish: parmesan, basil or parsley
